Art/Comm 250 Intro to Photography students

This exhibition has been created by ART/COMM 250 Intro to Photography students during May 2020 amid a global pandemic using only their cellphone cameras and an app that allows for the same control as a fully manual digital single-lens reflex camera. In addition to working on directed assignments, they maintained a sustained practice throughout the May term course photographing their daily experiences. Students edited over one hundred photographs each down to the most compelling and cohesive images, and then carefully sequenced them into series. Accompanying each is a written statement from the corresponding photographer.
